Please note that effectively immediately, Nashville Originals plastic gift cards will be handled differently.
This new system will not involve your online discount gift certificates!
Here's what will happen:
1. When you present your plastic Nashville Originals gift card to your server or cashier, he or she will check the value of the card and then apply that amount against your bill.
2. If the value of the card exceeds your check, the restaurant will refund the difference to you with either its own gift certificate or cash. The card, which will then have no value, will be retained by the restaurant.
The change will not affect the value of your cards at all, but it will mean that they can only be used once, at one member restaurant.
We hope this will cause you no inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience. We are currently looking into a new gift card program.
